- Australia and New Zealand: 7 - 16 days*
- Europe**: 7 - 16 days*
- Latin America: 7 - 16 days*
- Africa**: 10 - 25 days*
- Other countries: 14 - 30 days
Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries is not available at this time. We don’t ship to OFAC sanctions country list: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe. Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we’ll get it to you!
The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time. Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
PROCESSING TIME
The order processing time might take up to 1 - 3 business days*. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.
PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time (1 - 3 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).
After your order has been processed, our shipping company for dispatch will then pick up your package. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website. Processing Time - in very rare instances, may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. During busy time like holidays, promotions or other instances processing time might take longer. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events
ORDER PAYMENT
All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to Local currency for you.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 30 minutes as your order might have already been processed.
All orders are sent to our warehouse for shipping and handling on the same day. Cancellation is subject to discretion and confirmation from our customer service department. There is a mandatory cancellation fee of $20.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, email us back as soon as possible at support@zilanos.com as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details.
Once we process the order we are not able to change the address and we are not to beheld responsible for incorrect or insufficient address.
